Proof of purchase will be required.

A one year no charge in-home repair from the date of installation, providing Design Shutters installed shutters originally.

Inspection must reveal a factory defect. Acts of God or misuse of the shutter are not covered under this warranty.

It is the homeowner's responsibility for the return of the shutter to Design Shutters for inspection before repair or replacement can occur once one year warranty expires.

If in home repair is needed after first year of ownership, a service call charge will apply.

Your custom finish is guaranteed for two years from purchase date.

Normal fading and abuse are not covered under this guarantee.

Dust or vacuum frequently. A lambs wool duster is recommended.

Clean occasionally with a damp sponge and dry thoroughly.

A light coat of high grade furniture oil may be applied to smooth painted or stained shutter
